• Tom O'Neil, B Soc Sci (Psych), MRCSA, was brought up
in an environment associated to human resources
and recruitment and has a degree majoring in psychology. After a career
contracting in human resources, Tom joined Deloittes
as a Management Consultant specialising
in Human Resources. Since that time Tom has
been a regional committee member of the governing body of
